Refund policy

We gladly accept returns of UNUSED and UNOPENED products as long as we receive your return request within 10 days of your PURCHASE date.

Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs upon return. To return a product, please contact us to let us know that you would like to arrange the return of the product.

We will advise you on the best address to send the products. Please package and seal the item(s) in their original shipping package and mail them to us. As long as we receive the products in their original UNUSED and UNOPENED condition, we will arrange to refund the original purchase price (not including the original shipping charges) to the buyer's credit card.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a set period of days.
