Behind every cup are four generations of a coffee-growing family that wakes with the sun in Chinchiná, Caldas. We harvest, ferment, and select bean by bean, so every lot tells the story of its origin.

Regenerative agriculture
We collect the crop's native microbiota, reproduce it in our biotechnology lab, and release it in the field for biological pest control. The pulp returns to the soil as worm compost and biochar.
Housing and services
Everyone who works on our farms has lodging and basic services right next to the worksite, year-round while there's work to do. The families of the harvest crew leaders handle meals, earning them extra income.
