Flor a Fruto SAS ships roasted coffee to consumers and specialty green coffee to roasters and importers in more than 8 countries. Below you will find the shipping conditions for each product type.
1. Roasted Coffee — Domestic Shipping (Colombia)

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.
2. Roasted Coffee — International Shipping

Customs and taxes: All duties, import taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Our product prices do not include these charges. Flor a Fruto has no control over the customs policies of each country and cannot predict the additional costs that may apply.
3. Green Coffee — B2B Shipping
Small volumes (1–10 kg)
For micro roasters or home roasting buyers. Shipping by international courier (FedEx/DHL). Freight cost is calculated based on weight and destination and communicated before order confirmation.
Medium volumes (10–200 kg)
Shipping by air freight or consolidated sea freight. We coordinate with the buyer to find the best logistics option based on destination and urgency. Contact us for a quote.
Containers (200+ kg / full bags)
Container export from Chinchina/Manizales. We coordinate with customs agents and shipping lines. Extensive export experience to Australia, China, USA, Dubai, Chile, Denmark, South Korea, and Uruguay.
B2B sale conditions: All green coffee shipments are made under EXW (Ex Works, Incoterms 2020) terms from Chinchina, Caldas, Colombia, unless otherwise agreed in writing. International freight, insurance, and duties are the buyer's responsibility from the point of delivery.
4. Tracking
All domestic and international shipments include a tracking number. We will send it to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
5. Packaging
Roasted coffee: Bags with degassing valve and hermetic seal to preserve freshness. Protective outer packaging for shipping.
Green coffee: Jute bags with GrainPro liner for moisture protection. For small samples, vacuum-sealed bags.
6. Delays and issues
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, customs processes, holidays, or force majeure events. Flor a Fruto is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities. If you experience any issue with your shipment, contact us and we will help you resolve it.
