This website is operated by Flor a Fruto SAS. By visiting florafruto.com and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site.
1. General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.
2. Products and services
Flor a Fruto offers two product lines through this Site:
- Roasted coffee (B2C): Direct sale to end consumers. Prices listed in Colombian pesos (COP) and US dollars (USD). Payments processed through PayU Colombia.
- Specialty green coffee (B2B): Sale to roasters, importers, and distributors. Prices, shipping terms, and volumes are agreed upon individually. Standard sale terms are EXW (Ex Works, Incoterms 2020) from Chinchina, Caldas, Colombia.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product and to modify prices without prior notice. Product images are representative and may differ from the actual product.
3. Accuracy of information
We make every effort to ensure the information on the Site is accurate and up to date, including SCA scores, flavor profiles, and processing data. However, we do not guarantee that all information is exact at all times. SCA scores and sensory profiles are professional evaluations that may vary depending on the evaluator and cupping conditions.
4. Orders and billing
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order. In such cases, we will notify you and process the corresponding refund. You agree to provide truthful and up-to-date purchase and account information.
5. Shipping
Roasted coffee (Colombia): Shipping through national logistics operators. Estimated delivery times of 3 to 7 business days depending on destination.
Roasted coffee (international): Shipping by courier (FedEx, DHL, or similar). Times and costs vary by destination. Import taxes and duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Green coffee (B2B): EXW shipping terms. International freight is coordinated with the buyer based on volume and destination. We have export experience to more than 8 countries.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. The general return period is 30 days for roasted coffee.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, design, logos, the brand name "Flor a Fruto," lot names, and processing codes — is the property of Flor a Fruto SAS and is protected by the intellectual property laws of Colombia and applicable international treaties.
8. Privacy
The handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 of Colombia.
9. Limitation of liability
In no event shall Flor a Fruto SAS, its directors, employees, or collaborators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or any product purchased through it, to the maximum extent permitted by Colombian law.
10. Applicable law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved before the competent courts of Manizales, Caldas, Colombia.
11. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The last updated date is indicated at the beginning of this document. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
