Regenerative agriculture
We collect the crop's native microbiota, reproduce it in our biotechnology lab, and release it in the field for biological pest control. The pulp returns to the soil as worm compost and biochar.
Housing and services
Everyone who works on our farms has lodging and basic services right next to the worksite, year-round while there's work to do. The families of the harvest crew leaders handle meals, earning them extra income.
Education with every purchase
Part of every purchase supports coffee-growing families' education: from elementary school for workers' children to graduate degrees for team members.
Fair pay
